We’re proud to feature some of the most skilled and practiced teachers in Seattle. Class registration takes place via MindBody—download the app below and register for classes!

Cardio Jazz

A powerfully fun and sassy dance class that will lift your spirits. Class incorporates aspects of classical jazz dance, musical theater and strengthening and aerobic exercises to bring some excitement into your workout. (1 hr)

Cardio Tap

A full body cardio workout in tap shoes! This fun and exciting favorite let’s you dance it out while you work it out. Tap experience is beneficial but not necessary. (1 hr)

Barre 45

This workout class combines ballet-inspired movements at the barre with elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Conditioning. Expect to sweat through high rep, small movements that target muscle groups to fun music. (45 min)

Circuit Strength 45

In this 45 minute circuit class, we'll move through "stations" in a high-intensity, full-body workout that alternates between 6-10 different strength-based exercises (using weights, bands, or bodyweight.) Easily modifiable for all fitness levels, everyone is welcome!. (45 min)

Afrobeats/Dance Hall

Afrobeats/Dancehall is a fun and empowering dance workout that combines mixed styles from Afrobeats, Salsa, lyrical and contemporary dance movements. It focuses on building strength and endurance joyfully and celebrates culture through a wide range of music and dance styles. Let's sweat and vibe out with the rhythms of African, Jazz, and Caribbean musicality. (1 hr)

Beginning/Intermediate Ballet

This beginning/intermediate classical ballet class involves a warm-up at the barre, center floor exercises, and traveling combinations, all with a focus on alignment and artistry. Whether you are new to ballet or coming back to an old friend, this class will offer challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. (1 hr)

GROOV3: Cardio Dance

GROOV3 is an all levels Cardio Dance class where we start with an easy warm up consisting of grooves, isolations, and stretching and then head straight into learning the hip hop or pop choreo…cardio-style! Sam will lead you through breaking down the choreography at 1/2 time and then take it up to tempo- all to a continuous DJ set that is guaranteed to make you want to MOVE! This class is great for beginning and experienced movers alike. (1 hr)

Urban Dance Fitness

Urban Dance is a high-energy dance fitness class set to a variety of music genres including hip hop, dancehall, K-pop, Latin, pop, and more. This format combines easy-to-follow choreography with more dynamic moves that challenge coordination, rhythm, performance skills and your brain. Students will explore a mix of styles with notes of jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and cheer-inspired choreography, all while building strength, stamina, and confidence.

Whether you are new to dance or have years of experience, Urban Dance offers a welcoming and upbeat environment to get moving, let go, have fun, and enjoy the music. (1 hr)

Functional Fitness (FunkyFit)

The modern lifestyle is hard on our bodies. Functional Fitness, a.k.a "Funky Fit" is here to help! We'll use light weights and resistance bands to combat the dreaded tech neck, build stability for balance, and get the core engaged to keep you healthy and strong both today and into the future. (1 hr)

Body Language (Dance & Strength)

A new class where we will break it down, strengthen our bodies, and move with confidence. Through music-driven strength training and dance technique exercises, we’ll build coordination and mobility, and develop a body language that is powerful, expressive, and fun. Weights and resistance bands optional. Stand taller, feel strong and empowered, and own the room.(1 hr)

Solo Latin, Swing & Country

Ease your way onto the dance floor by moving to the rhythms of Country, MoTown, Blues, Swing and Latin music. Learn the ever popular classic line dances as well as current favorites. We’ll put some Latin in our line dancing, incorporating rumba, cha cha, samba and salsa…all from a ballroom dancer’s point of view. (1 hr)

Ballet Conditioning

Ballet Conditioning is a fun and functional ballet barre and conditioning class. While working to strengthen and support the muscles that are necessary for ballet, our goal is to minimize injury and maximize knowledge and strength. We will then apply our skills to ballet barre exercises. We are here to celebrate ballet. Through Ballet Conditioning we can dance longer and stay healthy. (1 hr)

K-Pop Dance

In this class we'll be covering Kpop choreography and share our love for Kpop and dance! The general flow of class will be going from properly warming up to learning the choreo to doing groups at the end. We'll cover a mix of boy and girl group artists of new and old generations. Please come through if you want to have fun and express your love for Kpop!

All the choreography belongs to the Kpop artists and their choreographers. Also, a note: Kpop choreo is based off black culture of hip-hop and other dance styles so please keep that in mind and respect/appreciate their influence.  (1 hr)

Reggaeton

Reggaeton was popularized in the early 90’s and takes inspiration from both Jamaican and Latin American traditions. This genre is Afro-Latino and originated in Puerto Rico and Panama. The beat in every reggaeton song is called “Dembow”—the beat that makes you want to move, get down, and have fun! The dance typically associated with reggaeton is perreo, which we will do a lot in class. We’ll work on isolations, reggaeton grooves, and learn a combo to a reggaeton song. (1 hr)

Cardio Swing

Cardio Swing incorporates steps from Lindy Hop and its associated jazz forms of Swing, Charleston and Blues. It is done to authentic swing music from the 30’s and 40’s as well as modern arrangements of electro swing and other pop songs. This music and movement is timeless and fun and it will put a smile on your face in addition to giving you a great workout! An added bonus is learning some of the history of this rich music and dance style. (1 hr)

Beg/Int Contemporary

This beginning/intermediate contemporary dance class includes a warm-up, strength work, and center floor exercises that build into a short piece of choreography, before ending with a stretch and cool-down. This class offers a space to explore modern and contemporary dance fundamentals with lots of built-in options to level up or down as you need. Bare feet, dance-friendly socks, or soft dance shoes recommended. (1 hr)
