The magic of our studio is giving our veteran teachers the freedom to share their own individually creative and inspired classes. We’re proud to feature some of the most skilled and practiced teachers in Seattle. Class registration takes place via MindBody—download the app below and register for classes!

Cardio Jazz

A powerfully fun and sassy dance class that will lift your spirits. Class incorporates aspects of classical jazz dance, musical theater and strengthening and aerobic exercises to bring some excitement into your workout. (1 hr)

Cardio Tap

A full body cardio workout in tap shoes! This fun and exciting favorite let’s you dance it out while you work it out. Tap experience is beneficial but not necessary. (1 hr)

Barre Workout

This workout class combines ballet-inspired movements at the barre with elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Conditioning. Expect to sweat through high rep, small movements that target muscle groups to fun music. (1 hr)

Pilates

This functional strength and conditioning class is a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates’ original work with an emphasis on breath and cultivating the mind body connection. We will focus on developing correct postural alignment, mobility and core strength to support a balanced and capable body. (55 min)

Afrobeats/Dance Hall

Afrobeats/Dancehall is a fun and empowering dance workout that combines mixed styles from Afrobeats, Salsa, lyrical and contemporary dance movements. It focuses on building strength and endurance joyfully and celebrates culture through a wide range of music and dance styles. Let's sweat and vibe out with the rhythms of African, Jazz, and Caribbean musicality. (1 hr)

Adult Beg/Int & Int II Ballet

These leveled classical ballet classes involves a warm-up at the barre, center floor exercises and traveling combinations, all with a focus on alignment and artistry. Whether you are new to ballet, coming back to an old friend, or a practiced dancer, these classes will offer challenge in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. (1 hr)

Solo Latin, Swing & Country

Ease your way onto the dance floor by moving to the rhythms of Country, MoTown, Blues, Swing and Latin music. Learn the ever popular classic line dances as well as current favorites. We’ll put some Latin in our line dancing, incorporating rumba, cha cha, samba and salsa…all from a ballroom dancer’s point of view. (1 hr)

Beginning Tap

This class is a great way for beginners to experience the joy of tap dance! Develop rhythm, coordination, and muscle control through practice of detailed footwork, improvisation, and articulation of sound. Tap is a high energy dance style and a great tool for self-expression. If you are new to Tap dance or have taken some time away, this is the class for you! (1 hr)

Cardio Swing

Cardio Swing incorporates steps from Lindy Hop and its associated jazz forms of Swing, Charleston and Blues. It is done to authentic swing music from the 30’s and 40’s as well as modern arrangements of electro swing and other pop songs. This music and movement is timeless and fun and it will put a smile on your face in addition to giving you a great workout! An added bonus is learning some of the history of this rich music and dance style. (1 hr)

Heels

Find confidence and empowerment through this fun and sultry class! This hour is all about finding your inner power and giving yourself that self-love that you deserve! The class will focus on strength and technique with/without the shoes. Depending on the week, a small chunk of choreography will be taught in the last section of class so you can embody the movements and tap into your true power!

Knee pads and heeled shoes are recommended with an elevated platform and ankle support. You can still take this class without heels though, so come try it out!  (1 hr)

Bellydance

Learn the fundamental core isolations and dynamic shimmies that make bellydance such a vibrant and exciting dance form!  We’ll talk through some basics of MENAT (Middle Eastern, North African, and Turkish) rhythms for musical interpretation and dance to high energy MENAT pop music.  All levels, ages, genders and body types are welcome!  Optional:  bring a fun hip scarf to emphasize your movement!  (1 hr)
